Governance of the project
Governance of the project
The main activities in the project are divided according to the following organization layout:
ATTECH CAPITAL LTD UK – Based in UK, has the function of incubator of the project
ATTECH ITALY – Has the function of project management in the Italian
territory. The Company is established with ATTECH CAPITAL LTD UK as
the sole shareholder
GREEN TECH AEROSPACE – Its corporate purpose is the design, prototyping and production and sales of LTA aircraft. When fully operational, the members will be ATTECH ITALY and the technological partners ATLAS (based in Israel) and Skylifter (based in the U.K.)
The chosen industrial site was identified in the Grottaglie airport
GREEN AIR – Will be the AOC holder for the Airship operations
